Steady Does It Mechanical Services was formed in 2022, as it’s owner and operator became the first minority union member turned business owner, to sign with UA Local 776 to become a Signatory Contractor. It ensures high-quality services; Steady Does It now only hires journeyman and/or apprentices from the local union hall that are licensed journeyman or active apprentices.
